This program is aimed at professionals, practitioners, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, formal and informal leaders inside and outside organizations or entire communities. Entrepreneurs (established or startups) are also welcome, as well as teams currently dealing with innovation-related or design-related challenges (max. 5 people per organization).
We expect participants to already have a relevant experience in dealing with challenges deeply connected to:
> leading innovation-related efforts
> leading or participating in large-scale multi-disciplinary efforts
> being actively involved in developing solutions in digital transformation
> promoting a design thinking process inside teams and organizations
> leading teams, departments, organizations through significant transitions.
While every participant will be invited to work on their own design challenge, the purpose of this program won’t change: building the individual and collective capacity of creating and leading a culture that embeds a more intentional and impactful design process.
