Food Event Design at the Barcelona Design Week


Pep Pujol and Iván Merino, coordinator and teachers of the CSP in Food Event Design and founders of Biscuits, will lead a workshop and a gastronomic jam at the Barcelona Design Week.

Wednesday 11th of June they will teach “¡Con la comida sí, se juega!, a workshop which objective is to expose the Food Event Design discipline working in a catering design for events. Thursday 12th of June they will lead “My funny croqueta”, a gastronomic jam about the concept of the ideal “croqueta”. Some participants are: designers like Toni Arola, Gonzalo Milà or the architect Josep Bohigas and cooks as Núria Girnonés responsible of Ca l’Isidre and Carles Fernández, chef of Loidi restaurant of Martin Loidi Berastegui.

Organized by Greek and IED Barcelona, coordinated by Biscuits, and with the Gaggenau and Bulthaup Greek collaboration.
