Introduction
The fashion industry, as well as the beauty industry, is undergoing a profound transformation to adapt to the emergence of new consumers and sales channels thanks to new technologies. Brands need profiles that understand this transformation.
The course offers a first approach to what they are and how the strategic marketing and branding of a fashion brand and/or beauty products or services should be oriented so that the communication process with the market is as efficient as possible.
Through the development of a 6-step action plan it is possible to achieve visibility in the sector’s media using effective and accessible resources, as well as tools for creating content on social networks, measuring its reach or e-mail marketing actions without neglecting the possibilities offered by e-commerce.

Methodology
It is a PBL course, Project Based Learning, in which e-learning tools are used to promote collaborative work techniques to carry out a project.
Each subject is structured in three parts to facilitate learning and the practical application of the knowledge acquired:
Method.
How to deal with marketing and communication in the fashion and beauty sector, following the tips and tricks of professional experts.
Tools
What tools are necessary to be able to express yourself in order to develop a brand strategy such as WGSN, Mailchimp, Canva, Later, Auditmedia, Rewardstyle.
Application.
At each stage, you will be accompanied by a teacher who will help you to develop a marketing and communication project, an exercise that will consolidate the skills acquired in the method and the use of the tools.

The course is conceived as an initial contact with this discipline before deciding to study an Undergraduate or BA (Hons) Degree.
Completion of the course does not guarantee access to degree courses; however, it offers the student an excellent practical pathway to evaluate in which direction they wish to channel their future career.

CREDITS
The educational planning for all IED Master courses is aligned with the criteria established by the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
The IED Master program adopts a credit structure that follows the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). IED Master only awards its own private degrees.
