PROJECT: Beyond. The Four Dimensions of Denim

‘Beyond. The Four Dimensions of Denim’ is a publishing project for the company Royo Textile Group, a textile manufacturer focusing mainly on the denim industry. The project is based on the design of a corporate book, a luxury item containing the company’s philosophy to be presented to its major clients.

The idea for the project came from the poet and philosopher Charles Tamkó Sirató’s theory of dimensions applied to the arts. The designer has established a philosophical relationship between the four dimensions (linear, planar, cubic and temporal) and the company’s values and production stages.

The final result is three hand-bound copies, containing self-produced graphical elements and text.

It is the winner of the Best of the Best IED Thesis Award 2015.
