ADN is a proposal for MuchMusic, a TV channel that belongs to the media company Turner. The aim is to establish and display a connection between people across generations based on musical tastes. In doing so, the student seeks to demonstrate the existence of a link between generations through the music.
The project is divided into three stages:
During the first stage, the student proposes several commercials lasting 10-15 seconds that show a family situation. Based on this video, an augmented reality data display is created that shows the connections in terms of musical tastes among the members of the family.
During the second stage, a mobile app is presented that enables the user to connect his or her musical tastes with those of a relative by means of data display.
Lastly, during the third stage, a second series of commercials are presented that focus on connections with the user’s friends.
