The Future of Food by Carlo Cracco & Artur Martínez

The renown Italian chef Carlo Cracco will participate in a conference about “The future of Food” at IED Barcelona Design University along with Artur Martínez, chef of the restaurant Caprtix. Both awarded by the Michelin Guide. Alessandro Manetti, IED Barcelona director, will moderate the conversation that takes place on occasion of the Italian Cuisine Week in Barcelona promoted by Istituto Italiano di Cultura and Consulato General d’Italia in Barcelona.
